Avitus Group Stadium
Avitus Group Stadium sits on the main campus of Montana State University Billings and has been the home of the Yellowjacket softball team since 2002. The field is also used for intramural softball. The photo above is taken from atop the Billings Rimrocks that tower above the outfield. Avitus Group Stadium is situated just North of the PE Building, which houses Alterowitz Gym and the locker room facilities. Avitus Group Stadium underwent renovations during the summer of 2022, replacing the infield dirt, heightening the outfield fence from 5 feet to 8 feet all the way around, and installing larger foul poles. The field has one of the prettiest backdrops in the GNAC (Great Northwest Athletic Conference).
